SHIPPING ShippingWithin the United States: Items will ship USPS First Class Mail. Items weighing more than 13oz are shipped Priority Mail. International: Items will ship USPS First Class International Airmail. Buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes. Each individual item description will state shipping lead time. If lead time is not stated, orders will ship within within 2-5 business days after payment has been receive. If you would like insurance, please contact me and I will adjust your invoice. Insurance is mandatory on international orders and will be part of the standard shipping price. PAYPAL Payment is through PalPal. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES We take great pride in the quality of our products. If within 14 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value. ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE ITEM. Please indicate on the invoice the reason for the return. CUSTOM ORDERS: We enjoy doing custom. We are willing to make changes to our own designs to meet your specifications. All custom work requires a minimum non-refundable deposit of the item price before any work will begin. Full payment must be received before the order is shipped.
